Map & Directions

From Exeter follow the A380 to Newton Abbot. At the Pen Inn roundabout turn right towards Newton Abbot and follow the signs to Totnes on the A381.

After leaving Newton Abbot follow the A381 for approx 3 miles.

Turn left at the Petrol Station at Park Hill Cross and follow the sign to Compton.

For the Cottages: After approximately 1.5 miles turn left immediately before the Compton village sign towards North Whilborough. The entrance to Compton Pool Farm is to be found approx 100 yards on the right.

For the Farmhouse: After approximately 1.5 miles go straight on past the Compton sign. The entrance to Compton Pool Farmhouse will be found 100 yards on the left.

The stunning grounds and gardens are a particular feature of Compton Pool Farm in South Devon. There are 14 acres, all of which is available to stroll around at your leisure. Two of the 5 lakes are well stocked with fish, including mirror carp, common carp, rudd, roach and tench and are ideal for a fishing holiday in Devon.

The orchard houses friendly goats, pot bellied pigs and chickens and are a source of great joy to children and adults alike. The whole area is abundant with wildlife, especially birdlife including heron, kingfisher, woodpeckers, moorhens, ducks and geese.

Compton Pool Farm is truly rural yet easily accessible to many clean and safe beaches, the National Park of Dartmoor, an array of tourist attractions for all the family and a good selection of supermarkets and shops.
