Compton Pool is pretty as a picture
For the first time in over 25 years, South Devon has been deluged in snow, a very rare event for this part of the world.
The occasion did give us the opportunity to capture some beautiful images, one of which is shown.

Two of the 5 lakes are well stocked with fish, including mirror carp, common carp, rudd, roach and tench and are ideal for a fishing holiday in Devon.
The orchard houses friendly goats, pot bellied pigs and chickens and are a source of great joy to children and adults alike. The whole area is abundant with wildlife, especially birdlife including heron, kingfisher, woodpeckers, moorhens, ducks and geese.
Compton Pool Farm is truly rural yet easily accessible to many clean and safe beaches, the National Park of Dartmoor, an array of tourist attractions for all the family and a good selection of supermarkets and shops.
