Farewell to Snoop
One of our Pennywell miniature pigs has sadly passed away
Snoop sadly passed away after a short illness and will be greatly missed by all of us here at Compton Pool Farm (especially Gilbert our Border Terrier). He was a great character and much loved by all our guests. He was always the first of the 3 little pigs to greet you at the stile and if you took the time to tickle his ear he would fall over in ecstasy. We will be planting an apple tree in his memory as apples were his favouite food.

The orchard houses friendly goats, pot bellied pigs and chickens and are a source of great joy to children and adults alike. The whole area is abundant with wildlife, especially birdlife including heron, kingfisher, woodpeckers, moorhens, ducks and geese.
Compton Pool Farm is truly rural yet easily accessible to many clean and safe beaches, the National Park of Dartmoor, an array of tourist attractions for all the family and a good selection of supermarkets and shops.
